Submit Group Request

To set up a babysitting group, you need to submit the membership form below and provide some details about the group you wish to set up. The password you supply must be between 6 and 16 alpha/numeric characters long and contain at least one number:

Your first name *
Your surname *
Your phone number *Which number should I supply?
Partner's first name
Partner's surname

Now, you need to supply details of the group you wish to set up:

Group name *
Group description *
Group suburb *
Group city *

Finally, you can (optionally) chose to give us email addresses of friends you wish to invite into your group. We will email them for you once your group is activated:

2nd email address
3rd email address
4th email address
5th email address
